Main Functions of the Equipment 2.1.800 BBR Beveling and Polishing Machine This machine is primarily used for deburring and chamfering various metal workpieces to enhance surface quality and precision. It integrates sand belt deburring and universal roller brush chamfering into a single unit, enabling one-stop completion of multiple surface treatment processes to improve production efficiency and product quality consistency. Suitable for carbon steel, iron sheets, and similar materials. Parameters can be adjusted according to specific processing requirements, with appropriate abrasives selected accordingly.
2.2 Surface Burring and Polishing Treatment of Workpieces: This equipment features two sets of wide-belt grinding systems. The belts rotate at high speed under the drive of grinding rollers, effectively removing burrs such as molten slag particles, oxide scales, and large flanges from the workpiece surface while delivering superior polishing results simultaneously.
2.3. Burring Removal for Workpiece Edges and Holes: This equipment features two rows (each containing two sets) of universal roller brushes. The abrasive material on the brushes rotates at high speed, striking the workpiece surface to smooth and round its peripheral edges and hole contours, creating a rounded finish. It effectively removes burrs generated during stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and similar processes in a single, comprehensive pass, ensuring all edges and holes achieve minimal R-values and enabling a safe and reliable machining process.
